Steve Pasko co-founded 777 Partners in 2015 as part of the management buyout of SuttonPark Capital from PennantPark. Prior to joining PennantPark in 2008, he held Managing Director positions at Natixis Capital Markets and Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsche Bank) where he was responsible for asset securitizations and interest rate products. Mr. Pasko also held leadership positions pioneering specialty finance at Salomon Brothers and Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pasko serves as CEO of SuttonPark Capital and is the controlling shareholder of Brickell Insurance Holdings.

Josh Wander co-founded 777 Partners in 2015 as part of the management buyout of SuttonPark Capital from PennantPark. Prior to founding 777, he held executive roles at SuttonPark Capital, First Sustainable LLC, and Structured Asset Funding where he sourced, structured, and financed alternative assets. Mr. Wander directs strategy and investment at 777, chairing the firm’s investment committee, and sits on the boards of F3EA holdings, Signal Legal, and First Sustainable. He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.

Scott Sidell joined 777 Partners in 2017 as Head of Renewable Energy and Project Finance. Before joining 777, Dr. Sidell founded and served as the CEO of First Sustainable. Previously, Dr. Sidell was a proprietary debt arbitrage trader at Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank, Societe Generale, Greenwich Capital Markets (now RBS) and Millennium Partners.
Dr. Sidell received his Ph.D. and M.A. from Cornell University, and BA from Boston College, and was a visiting scholar in the Department of Economics at Harvard University where he conducted his Ph.D. thesis. He is the author of two books and three articles appearing in leading academic journals.

Adam Weiss joined 777 Partners in 2015. Prior to joining 777, he was with SuttonPark Capital in Securitization Underwriting, M&A, and Business Development. Before that, Weiss worked at Cross Keys Capital in Investment Banking and at Shevlin Atkins as an attorney concentrating on Corporate, Transactional, and Real Estate law.
He has a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D./M.B.A from the University of Miami.

Tyler Pasko joined 777 Partners in 2020. Prior to joining the team full time, he held multiple intern positions at various 777 portfolio companies.
He has a B.A. from Swarthmore College in Economics and Political Science, having completed his junior year as an exchange student at the London School of Economics.

Steve Walton added responsibility for 777 Asset Management to his 777 Re Chief Risk Officer role in 2021. Steve has held Business, Risk and Audit roles in Banking, Insurance and Asset Management. Prior to joining Steve held Interim CRO roles at Border to Coast Pensions Partnership and Intermediate Capital Group, having previously been the Group Head of Investment Oversight at Prudential plc and Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Deutsche Bank. Steve is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

James Lundy joined 777 Partners Asset Management in 2022 as their General Counsel. Prior to 777 Partners Asset Management, James has accumulated over 25 years of experience with insurance and structured finance at Syncora Holdings Ltd. and Thacher Proffitt & Wood. James holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from New York Law School, and a BBA from Pace University. James is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut and is a certified public accountant (inactive) in New York.

Michael Nekus joined 777 Asset Management in May 2022 as their Head of Finance and Operations. Prior to 777, Michael has accumulated over 15 years of front to back office experience, implementing and streamlining processes at organizations in the hedge fund industry including Tiedemann Investment Group and Ancient LP. Michael holds a degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Susan Wu joined 777 Asset Management in 2021 as their Investment Reporting Manager. Prior to 777 Asset Management, Susan has accumulated over 15 years of experience with UK OEIC's, Unit Trust, Lux SICAV, Hedge Funds, Dublin ICVC, Investment Trust and Private Equity / Credit funds at organizations in the financial industry, including State Street , Janus Henderson Investors, IQEQ Fund Administration Services (UK) Ltd. Susan is an ACCA Qualified accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from Charles Sturt University.
