In support of her goal to grasp all possible knowledge regarding the realm of people and HR, Rebecca achieved her Master’s degree in Adult Education & Human Resources Development from Florida International University. Her continued education and resolute character allowed her to achieve a significant level of career growth in a matter of five years.

As today’s 777 Partners HR Director, Rebecca’s responsibilities range from handling employee relations, managing the HR integration for newly acquired portfolios, and providing direction regarding benefit programs to improving organizational policies to ensure the company is a compliant, safe, and inclusive place of work.
