Gayle Levy joined in 2019 as Senior Counsel for 777 Partners and provides critical counsel regarding transactional work for its portfolio companies. Ms. Levy is also lead counsel for the insurance vertical, offering both business and legal advice for transactions within that vertical. Ms. Levy has over 30 years of experience in the regulatory and corporate aspects of insurance industry transactions. Ms. Levy was previously a partner in the corporate insurance practice of several prominent international law firms, including Dewey Ballantine, Edwards Angell, and Dentons, and was General Counsel of Companion Property and Casualty Insurance Company which was acquired by Enstar (US) Inc. Ms. Levy earned undergraduate degrees from both the College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
