Dan Shapiro joined 777 Partners in 2017 and serves as counsel, where he provides strategic business and legal support for the general counsel, and assists in a variety of legal related matters for both 777 Partners, and its portfolio companies. Mr. Shapiro has experience in pre-trial commercial litigation practices, including work in complex insurance defense, high value personal injury, and mass tort cases, and experience in contract drafting support for seven figure deals with fortune 500 companies. Mr. Shapiro has a bachelor’s degree in political science and double minor in english and criminal justice from the George Washington University (Cum Laude). Mr. Shapiro is a recent graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and is the current membership chair for The American Bar Association’s Forum on Sports and Entertainment Law Industries.
